Program

500m Light and Heavy Gun and 200y Rimfire

Thursday, May 31: Bench draw available.

Friday, June 1: Practice and flag set-up between 2pm and 6pm on CF range.

Saturday, June 2: Light Gun Centrefire 500m Fly: 5 target competition plus warmer/practice target, 8am start.

Sunday, June 3: Heavy Gun Centrefire 500m Fly: 5 target competition plus warmer/practice target, 8am start. Rimfire practice and flag set up on June 3 after the completion of the Heavy gun shoot; finish 6pm. Monday June 4: Rimfire 200y Fly: 5 target competition plus warmer/practice target, 8am start.

Nominations

Wednesday, May 30 - no later than 5pm. $50 per class, Juniors $25 per class. Fees can be paid on arrival. Bench numbers are limited so nominate early. Send nominations to: [email protected] Please include: Name, calibre (if more than one class - calibre for each class), class/s you wish to shoot, details regarding sharing equipment (with who and what), Junior or left-hander, contact phone number, email address and other details you have for equipment list.

Rules

Light Gun, Heavy Gun and Rimfire competition run as a registered match under the SSAA Benchrest Fly rule book. Rules and class information are available via email or www.500mflyshooter.com.au. 

Prizes

Medals to be awarded - Highest score in LH or HG will win the Jim McKinley perpetual trophy; Heavy Gun: Bronze, Silver and Gold; Light gun:  Bronze, Silver and Gold; 2 Gun (LG & HG): Bronze, Silver and Gold; 2 Gun (CF and RF):  Bronze, Silver and Gold; 3 Gun (LH, HG and RF); Bronze, Silver and Gold; Smallest grouping: LG & HG; Highest target score LG & HG; Gold, Silver and Bronze for highest placed Junior under 15yrs in Centrefire (regardless of class); Gold, Silver and Bronze for highest placed Junior over 15yrs and under 18yrs in Centrefire (regardless of class); Highest scorer in Rimfire will win the Stuart Elliott perpetual trophy; Rimfire: Bronze, Silver and Gold; Smallest Group; Highest target score; Gold, Silver and Bronze for the highest placed Junior under 15yrs in Rimfire; Gold, Silver and Bronze for the highest placed Junior over 15yrs and under 18yrs in Rimfire. Fly patches on offer for all events and Door prizes.

Barbecue lunch and drinks, etc available to buy. Range is the Perth Rifle Metallic Silhouette Club, Wanneroo Shooting Complex, Perry Road, PINJAR, Western Australia.
