Following in the footsteps of the SSAA SHOT Expo, SSAA Illawarra will host the SSAA Illawarra Outdoor & Adventure Expo in October this year. The expo will be a great opportunity to browse a wide variety of more than 50 diverse vendors. There will be a live venomous snake show, butchering and capering demonstrations, specials offers on firearms and accessories, DPI R-Licence training courses and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained.
In fact, the event will have a distinct family-friendly feel. The always popular SSAA NSW Mobile Air Rifle Trailer will be in attendance, allowing beginners and pro shooters alike to test their skills side-by-side. Additionally, attendees will be able to try their hand at virtual reality hunting with a real bow.
Some of the vendors attending include Safari Firearms, ZIPTAC, the Department of Primary Industries, Spika, Kadeja: Life of a Huntress, JMP Taxidermy, Spartan Sports, Windang Dive Shop and many more. It’s set to be a jam-packed day with lots to see and do for any sporting shooter or outdoor adventurer.
The Expo will be held on October 6, 2018 at the Illawarra Sports Stadium, Fred Finch Park, Hooka Creek Road, Berkeley, NSW. Doors will be open from 8am to 5pm and entry will be $15 per adult with kids under 18 free. There will be free onsite parking and the main entrance is wheelchair accessible.
