Victorian Senator Bridget McKenzie was appointed Deputy Leader of the Nationals Party at the end of 2017. She has been an outspoken supporter of the shooting sports and recreational hunting since her election to the Federal Parliament in 2010.
Senator McKenzie is a proud co-founder of the Parliamentary Friends of Shooting group and has strived to educate her colleagues about our safe, fun and all-inclusive sport. The SSAA has already met with the Senator to congratulate her on her promotion. We look forward to continuing our positive working relationship in 2018.
