NRA-ILA calls out inaccurate anti-gun rhetoric, praises SSAA

As another ideological debate about firearms raged – this time regarding the Verney-Carron Veloce shotgun – the shameless attempt by the Greens party to fearmonger and create a new and wildly inaccurate firearms category did not go unnoticed internationally. The NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA) called out the Greens’ “semi-semi-automatic” description and praised SSAA National CEO Tim Bannister for his commonsense comments on the issue. “America’s anti-gun activists and politicians could learn something from Bannister’s wise words,” the NRA-ILA wrote.
